The overall efficiency. The time they said they would come. We are very pleased. I was pleased with everything.

The experience was painless, they were very accommodating, they got my items to me within the time frame, they kept me informed & did a good job overall.

Both crews were very friendly, effective. and knowledgeable. Also they were nice and knew exactly what they were doing.

The driver's and the crew's care and efficiency. There was outstanding communication between the driver and me.

Everything was great. They showed up when they said they would and they were even early. The estimate was low and manageable.

Tyler the driver and the condition of my goods on the del was good. Everything that led me into the del was good also.

I would say that the friendliness of the driver and the crew influenced my rating. They were helpful. It was timely. Everything was done great.

I am so pleased with Mark and Steve. They were great on everything. Good guys! They cared everything. They were really great. I felt sorry for them because it was raining like crazy. Excellent.

This is about the 10th time I've used these guys. They've always been great and I'll continue using them in the future.

I was very pleased with the move. However, three boxes had burst at the bottom. They did get taped up.

The courteous nature of the driver and workers that loaded and unloaded, they were pleasant worked hard and they were courteous.

I have been using the same guy for all of my moves this is my 3rd move with the driver and my 5th move with North American.

We've used other companies in the past but we got a good price from North American. The driver, help and communication did a good job.

The availability and communication of the rep and the driver/crew influenced my rating. They kept me up to date as they got more details.

We moved before with different companies and this crew by far was more capable than any other crew we moved with.

We were able to coordinate dates and make everything happen when it needed to. I already have recommended North American. The coordinator was great and the driver.

The time length between the original promised delivery and the actual delivery due to the driver shortage.

I really appreciated the movers. There was no cursing, fighting or arguing. They mostly worked together & got everything done in a timely manner. They were very professional in their work.

They were the only ones to offer to come out and give an estimate. Jeff the driver was very protective and kept eye on the crew and made sure everything went smooth.

The local agent, driver, and the guys who helped to unload were awesome. The customer service was great as well.

North American was organized for everything. I was expecting to be contacted earlier. The driver and crew arrived early.

The driver. Mike Vogue was super professional, polite, and hardworking. he was the best ever. The driver was fantastic and super .

Everything went smooth and they came when they said they were. The only issue was when we moved, they scratched our wood floor.

I have used North American before in the past. My experience was good, the communication was as well, the packing was done accordingly, and overall it was a good move. The move was ahead of schedule and I was very satisfied.

The communication with the local agent about when our goods will be delivered. The agent was very helpful. We had some wait time and she did well in coordinating the delivery of our items.

The moving crew was very knowledgeable, friendly, careful with our things and they were very thoughtful with what they were doing.

The customer service and skill of the driver's crew. The packing was split 50/50 between the local agents crew and the driver's crew.

Overall, I was impressed with the quality of service. Also, the fact that I received a promised price range.

I rated a ten b/c of the fact that the agency and crew were professional, polite, efficient and careful with my belongings. If all North American agencies were like them I would recommend them.

The drivers and the sales rep who came did an excellent job. The drivers just did a very good job as well.

PUNCTIONALITY AND SPEED OF CREW. THERE WAs NO SIGNIFICANT PROBS WHEN LOADING AND PICKING UP. WE HAVE SCRATCHES ON THE DESK.

The driver of the crew, Anthony Johnson, did a spectacular job. I think the way he supervised his crew and the way he loaded his truck and his responsiveness to what we asked were fabulous. Everything I asked was done absolutely cheerfully.

The movers, Louis & Victor were very professional & good. They were friendly too. They did their jobs well. Don Carden, the coordinator, was good too.They were very accommodating.

Overall process from beginning to end, easy to contact when I had question Paz was good also. He was a great guy, fantastic, nice to talk to and hard worker. The guy was amazing, I believe his name was John.

We are very pleased. We have used North American three times and have been very happy with the service.

I was very pleased. They did everything they said they would do. They came when they said they would. The prices were excellent, it was actually lower than I expected which was very surprising. The crew was wonderful and very polite. The driver's pick up and del was top shelf. They were very considerate. The driver's name was Norm and I'll recommend them to anybody.

They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. It was a near perfect move. I had 1 very difficult item that arrived in perfect shape, it was a glass table that was very heavy.

They were very vigilant. They kept me in the loop. If I had a question, they answered it. They were very professional. The agent was always available. They were very careful with my things.

The service and the care that was taken to explain things to me, influenced my rating. Also, the courtesy that was shown to me influenced my rating.

It was easy from end to end. Was suppose to come on Monday but came on Tues. Getting a quote to move the car.

The company had good staff, and everyone dealing with the move was good and professional. They kept everything professional. I felt like I should have known what day the movers will be getting there. When the movers got here they knew we were on the 3rd floor, I was surprised that the mover got my things up the stairs.

I thought they followed through when they called, when they said they would be here, and I could call them when I needed to. I would say reliability and accommodating my needs.

The local agent that coordinated my move for my packing and my delivery, as well as the packers that came to my home, did an excellent job. Rodolfo, the driver, assured me that everything was okay. They labeled everything well when they packed my items. The driver, Rodolfo, assured me, as did Diane, the local agent. Diane also called and checked back with me. Everything was treated w/ care.

Everyone was very helpful. The guy who came to do the walk-through, John, was great. Chris was in charge of the packing and he was great as well. Everyone was awesome and I was very pleased.

David, the driver, was wonderful. David deserves a raise. It is nice to get a good recommendation but money in the pocket is good too. David the driver was excellent and his crew that assisted him worked w/o saying a word. I was tired and was told to sit down while the driver handled everything. He packed remaining items & was great.

Everything was as promised; the timing, pricing, and delivery. Alex in California let me know about the delivery dates and then they zeroed in on it and called before time 2 days.

I liked that they were very systematic in what they did; they were organized, knew what they were doing & it made a big difference that I was comfortable with them handling my possessions.

The guys who picked up my stuff were very nice. I really enjoyed Mike who initially came out and spoke with me. He was also one of the drivers. Everyone was nice from the office staff to the drivers

The driver and his crews were very courteous and helpful. They were willing to work around my schedule and I was very pleased with their work overall.

The fact that I got a call one day before, otherwise it would have been a ten. Give the client a call at least 48 hours before, that is my suggestion.

North American did everything as promised. The srvc was exceptional. Bruce, the driver provided excellent srvc. He was a true professional. Barbara, our coordinator did a great job also.

Organization most influenced my rating. We moved into an apartment and then we moved again to the home. Our things was in storage in between. The crew that packed in VA delivered also. This is the crew I answered the survey about.

The rep was fantastic. The crew who came to my home in California were excellent. Everything went great. The communication was great.

There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery dates. This caused some anxiety for me. But they did go out of their way to try to make this work for us.

The overall process was really good. The drivers were experienced. The management and everything accounted for influenced my rating.

Things went very smoothly. They did what they said they would do. They explained how my goods would be loaded on the truck & kept separated from other people's goods.
