Organization most influenced my rating. We moved into an apartment and then we moved again to the home. Our things was in storage in between. The crew that packed in VA delivered also. This is the crew I answered the survey about.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Arnoff, the moving company, delivered my items. The delivery team did call me once they were going to arrive. I was given a time frame from January 8th and the 19th. They came on the 21st of January.

The process was very easy. Everyone was very nice and responding quickly to questions. The driver was very nice and did an excellent job. He was very helpful.

The del team who dropped it off was wonderful. The driver & his crew who del was great. They were phenomenal. They were the best part of my moving experience.

The guys that moved my furniture were professional and did everything perfect. I would recommend that crew to anyone.

Because of the delay which messed up the plans to leave for Florida. It caused the buyers to leave their stuff on the truck overnight. It took 8 hours to load the van they left at 9pm. I was shocked it took so long. As a result the ppl that bought the house had to delay their delivery until the next day.

Both the loading and delivery crews were professional and timely. The unloading crew in Oregon did a good job. The move was flawless.

There was transparency throughout the process. The movers were timely in picking up and delivering my items. My things were properly taken care of.

The communication process and the customer service from the agents, staff, etc. The crew was prompt and careful. . There was an 83 year old lady that was moving. The crews on both ends were very patient and careful. The crews were professional and courteous.

The crew was very good in the loading and delivery. They padded everything and was careful about walls. The driver kept in constant contact with me. The coordinator was helpful by email and phone. We were very satisfied with everyone involved and made the move worry free. We felt like all of our items were taken good care of.

The overall experience. It was good communication and the guys did a wonderful job. One guy worked on the California end and Arizona end so he knew what furniture was wrapped.

The driver was precise, on time, phenomenal and truly professional. He was there every step of the way and informed me about everything.

It was the driver, Louis. He was really bright, courteous, helpful, very detailed, and professional. He was amazing.

I have used north american a few years back. I arranged the move by phone. I am satis with the speed in which they arranged everything.

They were friendly, responsible, and worked really hard. They are careful in protecting the carpet and walls when moving my things.

The coordination between the people who planned it, the movers, and the storage influenced my rating.

The driver Bob was courteous, very skilled and respectful. He answered all of our questions. the packers did a great job with the packing and was very careful.

The whole process from start to finish What they told me is what happen.The agent the driver the workers were very respectful and it was extremly easy.

The coordinator communicated with me, to keep me informed and the crew was very helpful in moving my goods very carefully.

We were very satisfied. They were very pleasant and they met our needs and did an excellent job and were speedy at it too.

From start to finish I looked at 8 different movers and evaluted each of them. The North American rep was very professional and met all deadlines and was courteous.

They were professional and explained everything. They were careful. They know the cost before leaving. The driver went above and beyond. His helper was great as well. They were professional and quick.

We had a very good supervisor, who was the driver. He seemed very organized, and spoke with his team in a calm tone. The driver was very sociable. He seemed to know how to pack. We were very impressed with the driver, Jason.

I had a great crew and they were very professional. Also the crew was on time and got everything done in a timely manner.

The overall experience, they were great, they contacted us. They were very friendly. They did a good job and they were prompt.

Communication was good. I was able to get hold of people who called, they came when they were supposed to, they delivered when they were supposed to, and everything was in good shape.

The attention. North American did a beautiful job with doing everything they said they would. I am still waiting on my last delivery. They delivered on time. I am very satisfied.

The entire experience. The driver, crew, and everybody involved was pleasant and helpful. They made a stressful time very simple.

The cost is really good compared to others and the driver and the company were very qualified and efficient.

I feel the Driver and his crew did a very good job of taking care of my belongings. Overall, this was a very good experience.

They were very professional and I liked their follow up by phone and email, it was wonderful. Everything went smoothly and we're very pleased. Also, we were packed and moved within two hours and that was very surprising.

The local agent that coordinated my move for my packing and my delivery, as well as the packers that came to my home, did an excellent job. Rodolfo, the driver, assured me that everything was okay. They labeled everything well when they packed my items. The driver, Rodolfo, assured me, as did Diane, the local agent. Diane also called and checked back with me. Everything was treated w/ care.

The way they care about their jobs and my furniture. Looked for instructions from me and they would do what they were told. They were very careful w/ my floors and put pads under furniture if needed The crew was great at unpacking it. They were very careful and replaced everything. Paid attention to details. They made sure that my carpet was straight and paid attention to detail.

Danny Collins, the driver was very nice. He arrived early and he kept me informed on the whole move process.

The willingness to talk and answer questions. They came back to visit to make sure things were going well.

The whole process. From the person who did the estimate to the person who called everyday & the driver and crew. Everyone took care of things and seemed like they cared. It was good. We had a third party to come and pack some items.

The overall personality of the driver and crews. Their consideration and care of my personal belongings.

It was the best move so far and I have had many other moves. The only issue that I had was with the price.

The driver and crew were very punctual, they were careful with the items, and they placed the items where we wanted them.

Michelle, the coordinator did an excellent job. The del team did a good job of protecting the house by covering corners for the move.

I would have liked to have had someone come out to inspect our goods and our neighborhood prior to the move.

They were professional, on time, and they treated me and my son courteously. They treated eachother in a professional matter. Daren and Kevin worked great together. Bob was a good crew leader. Bob, the driver arrived early both times which was good.

The driver that delivered my goods was very professional. He called the day before and the day of the delivery. He was very concerned w/ the quality of the delivery as well as the crew.

All the people were fantastic. Just confusing when they were going to come. More clarity when things would get picked and delivery.

The ppl were so friendly & kind & let me know when something was going on through every step of the way. They let me know when they went on break & if they had suggestions. They were very calm.

Everything was as promised; the timing, pricing, and delivery. Alex in California let me know about the delivery dates and then they zeroed in on it and called before time 2 days.

They were extremely professional, on time, worked diligently and they took extra care in loading and unloading. They were also very courteous. Good experience, things went great.

I have moved so many times and I must say this was a very organized moved. The communication was good with Latoya. We had the same guys on both ends and I thought that was nice.

I could call them whenever I wanted because I was given a direct line right before Christmas Eve so I can be able to talk to someone. The overall move was good.

The driver was extremely good with everything that I needed. He was a class act in anything I needed and asked for. I had to unpack a large portion of my boxes, which was part of the move.

There was some brown liquion n the floor of the backseat of the car that was delivered. When the car was delivered, there was a lot of water in the backseat.

It was the quality of the guys who showed up to do the work. The guys were polite, friendly & took care of my items. I am still unpacking. Overall they did a good job packing things up.

They were very good. Everybody answered all of my questions. They delivered to me a little earlier so that made me happier.

I think the crew overall was really nice and friendly. I completely trusted them. Everything went smoothly. There was no issues.

The communication and management , they were very intentive. There was one box that packed upside down and the contents spilled out.

The driver TJ was very nice and informative, Kristy was very helpful. The driver was on time and the loaders did a good job as well,& was courteous and hardworking.

Overall communication by Melissa was excellent. Atone point I was contacted by 2 coordinators. Both were great, but in became a little redundant.

The communication in the beginning was good. During the packing process she did call me every day. The driver and his crew went above and beyond.

Just that we were well taken care of. We were informed on everything all the time. If we needed info, we could call the driver. The scheduling was on point as well.

I have been very pleased. The crew from Lambert went out of their way to help me. Part of my move is going to storage and I received the other half already. I was impressed with the move.

Two things. Mostly it was the communication between the folks at Syracuse, especially the driver. I was really happy w/ the office ppl. and then the driver. Both of those went miraculously well.

They did what they said they would do, prompt, friendly and professional. They even came a few days early. Communication was fabulous. The reps came early. Service was fantastic. Whenever I call Chapman Nelson, he always answers the phone, and I love that. Reps never stopped for a break. The driver was wonderful and prompt.

They did everything they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it. They were very professional. They crated a library table for me. But it is still in the crate b/c they never unpacked it. The driver & crew was fantastic. Sherri Evans was great.

My only concern is when they were delivering they were just going really quick and it was hard to keep up. They were great.

Overall, it was a really great experience. It was wonderful and I was pleased w/ the overall service.
